What to look for when searching for a Realtor®? A person most likely to work well with you and has your needs and interests in mind. Words that past and current clients have used to described me: Understanding, Knowledgeable, Persistent, Ethical, Positive, Honest, Professional, Hard Working, but to me the most important Service Oriented. I see Real Estate is a service oriented business – to me that means that I focus on the client and their needs, time and budget. Listing and selling property is a big move in everyone’s life regardless of price. I try very hard to live by the Golden Rule “Treat others the way that you want to be treated”. For me and Edge Real Estate Services – that’s not hard at all because that’s how we operate everyday. I strive to give you the best service possible by being very responsive to client questions and needs.
After I completed 6 years in the Air Force, I worked as a manager for large retail drug stores. As I worked my way up in the company, I found myself handling real estate acquisitions for the company. I discovered that I really enjoyed doing this! A few years later, I made the commitment to be a full-time Realtor®. Originally from Illinois, my family & I have lived in the Lakeville area for 30 + years, so I know the Twin Cities area well. My spare time is spent with my family and real estate investing.
The Twin Cities market changes rapidly and I make a point of being on top of what is going on in today’s market. I continually attend classes and seminars to stay current with real estate procedures and market trends, as well as networking with other professionals throughout the area and country. Recently I completed a Senior Real Estate certification, so that I may better serve the needs of Senior Homebuyers and Sellers. Over the years, I’ve made many friends because of real estate.
